Sen. Kaine & Warner, Protect Immigrants by Ending Title 42

Senate Democrats Tim Kaine & Mark Warner was supported and elected to create a positive change for Black and Brown immigrants in the state of Virginia and across the nation. Title 42 is a racist Trump-era policy that enabled nefarious Customs and Border Patrol agents to prevent Black and brown immigrants from seeking their legal right to asylum in the U.S. 1.7M+ migrants have been expelled under Title 42 in the last 26 months.
